Have always found the staff honest and trustworthy, work is carried out to a high standard and their recommendations/advice is always appreciated. Would like to highlight Paul and Alan in service in particular for their work.

I'd recommend Johnsons Ford Sutton Coldfield because the booking process was straightforward and check in and collection went without any problems. However I was disappointed that they advised me that my NSF tyre needed replacement at a cost of over £200. I declined and had it checked by a professional and was advised that it did not need replacing at all.
